margin-left: 11.25pt; text-align: justify;">Mantras are Sanskrit-invocations of the Supreme Being. Reinforced and propelled by japa meditation, they pass from the verbal level through the mental and telepathic states, and on to pure thought energy. Of all languages, Sanskrit most closely approaches telepathic language because of its affinity to the fifty primeval sounds. It is the most direct way to approach the transcendental state.

Mantras cannot be concocted or tailor-made for the individual, despite some current claims. They have always existed in a latent state as sound energies. Just as gravity was discovered but not invented by Newton, Mantras were revealed to the ancient masters. They have been codified in the scriptures and handed down from guru to disciple. Although it is customary for the guru when giving initiation to accept voluntary offerings of fruit, flowers or money, the selling of Mantras is strictly against all spiritual rules.

Neither Mantra, deity nor guru, once chosen, should be changed. There are many paths up the mountain. Perseverance on one alone will bring the aspirant to the top faster than if he were to spread his energies in exploring all the alternative paths.

RUDRAKSHA MANTRA - SHABAR

Sat Namo Adesh, Guruji Ko Adesh, Om Guruji,
Mukhe Brahma Madhye Vishnu Ling Naam Maheshwar Sarvadeva Namaskaram Rudrakshaya Namoh Namah

Use the above SHABAR Mantra for immediate effects. Unless blessed by the respective God which the Rudraksha represents , it would not give full effects except the Bio medical effects. Therefore spiritual level of Rudraksha should never be undermined.

Rudraksha is a healing bead with divine characteristics proven over several thousand years of our culture, From Lord Shiva Himself all spiritual and great personalities have adorned themselves with rudraksha and with the benefits that people of modern age have derived from these , Rudra Centre has hundreds of testimonials from all over the world . It is beyond any doubt that this powerful bead has the potential to become a powerful tool to overcome stress and to combat fear.

As regards to the scientific or intellectual explanations other than related to faith or traditional wisdom , following explanations should be considered as basic parameters for the use of Rudraksha.

It brings us close to the Nature. "Rudraksha" is seed of a fruit from Rudraksha tree. Trees represent nature hence if the seed closely touches our body , we become one with nature, Like what all other animal kingdom does.

Feeling of Universal being is created. Rudraksha mala is also called Aksha mala . All letters (Akshars) of Sanskrit language are based on sounds and we all know that Lord Shiva's musical instrument Damaru created he Pratyahars and from these 50 letters were generated. The Akshar name given to letters denotes that letters Akshar like sounds can not be destroyed. The Rudraksha seeds in a mala (also called Aksha mala) represent these sounds and a feeling of belongingness to cosmos is perceived by wearing it and a person wearing Rudraksha represents a a part of cosmos .

Accupressure - good for heart . Constant stimulation of heart muscles by beads having smooth yet protruded surface keeps the blood pressure under control and hence it is considered good for the heart.

Watchful eye of Lord Shiva - Rudra-Aksha means eye of Shiva. If one wears Rudraksha he/she is under protection of watchful eyes of Lord Shiva.

Biomedical benefits - The Bio-Medical and electro-magnetic properties of Rudraksha are well known and scientifically proven and will give benefits to the body by improving their functions and keeping the diseases at bay. Like Neem , Tulsi, Haldi and other herbal products , Rudraksha is being evaluated wordwide by leading research laboratories and we should preserve our cultural heritage by accepting the traditional beliefs.

Blessings of different Gods - Different mukhi Rudraksha have their respective Gods as Pradhan Devatas from Lord Surya, Hanuman, Vishnu, Brahma, Durga and Kartikya and of course Lord Shiva himself , and by wearing them we get blessings of all of them.

Planetary blessings - Each of the mukhi rudrakha have their own ruling planet. 10 mukhi and 11 mukhi are beyond any planetary configuration. Hindu astronomers consider 14 galactical cosmos (14 Bhuwans) and therefore Rudraksha has all the blessings of Planetary Gods.

Confession of one's sins and for fearless life - If a human being wants to restart his life after committing a sin , where does he/she go? All of our epics on Rudraksha describe the potentiality of each mukhi rudraksha acting as divine objects before whom we can confess our sin and restart a fresh life free of regrets and remorse. Probably that is the reason why Rudraksha are considered to be relievers of stress and strain of life .

Spiritual Significance - Compared to any other mala, a Rudraksha mala for Jap and Sadhana is most auspicious. For enhancing spirituality and attaining Riddhi and Siddhi at all levels, Rudraksha is the most effective medium

Rudraksha is a Upa-Guru - If you have not found a Guru so far or even if have a Guru, Rudraksha will act like your Upa-Guru or a teacher substitute to show you the path and enlighten you to reach higher levels of wisdom and karma. .

Rudraksha Therapy

Basically, saligrams are fossil-stones. Saligrams come in different sizes, color and shapes from round to umbrella shapes. In general saligrams are black stones found on the riverbank of Gandaki River. Sometimes we find reddish black, blue black or yellowish color saligram which are considered to be very rare. Different symbols and chakra formation on the inside and outside of saligrams are not the gifts of nature but are the contributions of river worms called Vajra-Keeta. Vajra Keeta takes shelter from saligram and during its stay makes chakra on the saligram with its teeth and nails which are harder than granite stone. There is a hole termed as vadana, meaning mouth, inside a saligram through which chakras can be viewed. Saligram stones are printed with various sacred symbols like sankha or conch, chakra or disc, gada or club, kurma or tortoise etc.
Vedic scripture like Vishnu Purana had detailed the historical versions regarding the origin of saligram. In the ancient times of gods and goddesses, a severe battle took place between Lord Shiva and demon Jallundhara and the battle continued for several days neither showing any signs of wining the battle. The chief reason for this was the devotions of Parvati, wife of Lord Shiva and Vrinda, wife of Jallundhara towards their husbands. Their devotions and faithfulness towards their husbands were acting as powerful protective shields and therefore neither of the two husbands was showing any slim chances of losing the battle. Jallundhara knew this and so disguised as Lord Shiva he went to goddesses Parvati to break off her faithfulness towards her husband. But Parvati with her divine power instantly became aware of the demon’s motive and demasqueraded the demon off his disguise. Parvati then suggested Lord Vishnu to implement the same scheme on Vrinda.
Obediently, Vishnu disguised himself as Jallundhara and went to Vrinda. Vrinda believing Lord Vishnu to be her husband surrendered to the physical intimacy. This broke off Vrinda’s faithfulness towards her husband and with this crumbled down Jallundhara’s protective shield woven by Vrinda’s devotion. Then immediately Lord Shiva demolished Jallundhara. When Vrinda came to know the whole truth, she got so furious that she instantly cursed Vishnu to turn into shapeless black stone. This very stone was later termed as saligram. Since Vishnu had to be turned into a saligram for a good cause that saved mankind from the tortures of demon Jallundhara, saligram was and is worshipped with very complete devotion and sincerity. In Vaishnavism, very rituals must involve the presence of saligrams.
Upon bathing saligram with water everyday, one can be erased off all the sins even the severe ones like Bramahatya, meaning killing of Brahmins and furthermore, by drinking the bathed water a person can attain physical, spiritual and mental gain. Such practice also releases a person from fear of death and assists in attaining eternal immortality. Even a damaged saligram can evoke its divine power for the welfare of mankind. It is believed that just by chanting saligram mantra all the sins get washed away.
Saligrams come in different varieties:

Vishnu Chakra Saligram
Narshima Saligram
Narayan Saligram
Shiva Linga Saligram
Vishnu Chakra Saligram
Ganesh Saligram
Matsya Avatar Saligram
Maha Lakshmi Saligram
Surya Saligram
Lakshmi-Narayan Saligram
Siva-nabha-murti-salagrama
SheshaNag Saligram
Santan Gopal saligram
Nileshwor Saligram
Kaniyaa saligram

Faq about Rudraksha

   1. How can I differentiate between a fake Rudraksha and the original?
For this use an eyeglass to assess the physical appearance of a Rudraksha bead. If it has well-defined corns and contours, deep linings running straight and parallel to each other from upper part to the lower part and bight shape, then it is an original Rudraksha. If there are markings of serpent, trishul, lingam etc carved on them, then u must know that this is the fake one. Another easy way is place the bead in boiling water and then let it remain there for 20 to 30 minutes. If Rudraksha is not original, then its faces are seen tempered and shall come off as the glue like fevicol. Originality of Rudraksha can also be verified by examining it in a laboratory for its chemical composition.
   8. It is imbued with a philosophy of health and longevity to perfect the complete coordination and harmony of body, mind and soul. Modern day people perceive Ayurveda as a holistic science of life, health and longevity. Today’s Ayurveda evolved from ancient Vedic era prior to Rig Veda. Ayurveda adopts a holistic technique of diagnosing a particular disease and then finding an effective cure. It primarily delves into the root cause of a disease, finds its linkage with body, mind and soul and finally comes out with a permanent solution.

Ayurveda is based on a belief that all living objects are composed of five basic elements; air, water, earth, fire and space. “Tridosha” or three humours is the principle of Ayurveda. Humans’ physiology is based on these doshas which are classified into vata, pitta and kapha. Vata holds the key to nervous system, pitta to metabolic processes and kapha to blood and other body fluids circulation. Prakruti is a model adopted for scrutinizing the balances between the three doshas. When an imbalance occurs, Ayurveda instantly suggests a patient to abide by certain lifestyle, dietary regimen, exercise, yoga, herbal therapy and even spiritual practices. This shall restore and redress balance in body and mind. In order to regulate physiology, mind needs to coordinate with body. A healthy mind provides a secret key to sound health or body and this in turn purifies a soul. With the perfect harmony of all three body, mind and soul, one can lead a healthy life. In a nutshell, Ayurveda advocates for a very systematic disciplined lifestyle harmonizing all three material, physical and spiritual aspects of a human.

Since the ancient times, Ayurveda has surfaced itself as an effective remedy for treating diseases like obesity, rheumatism, indigestion or dyspepsia, skin problems, arthritis, joint pains, cough and common cold, firomyalgia, low back pain, asthma, liver cirrhosis, hepatitis, menopause, diabetes, heart diseases, skin care, psoriasis etc. Shodan, or cleansing, shaman or palliation, rasayana or rejuvenation and satvajaya or mental hygiene are the four major processes intervened for treating a disease. Natural herbs, plants and minerals are used in the large scale for making powders, tablets, decoctions, medicated oils etc which are prescribed to patients. Medication being made from the natural herbal ingredients does not produce side effects on patients. Along with the prescribed medicine a patient should follow strict diet, regular exercise, yoga and healthy lifestyle. In Ayurveda, for every disease information is given on definition, etiology, prodrome, clinical symptoms, pathophysiology, prognosis, principles of treatment, medicines, diet, lifestyle recommendations, and even etymology. This approach is strikingly similar to that of modern medicine and even more comprehensive.

How to recognise Genuine Rudraksha

Along with the progress of time, Rudraksha’s popularity has also magnified overwhelmingly. With every passing era Rudrakshas gained more popularity and along this blossomed their medical importance. Many well acclaimed and famous scientists researched to discover the actual fact lying behind the Vedic knowledge and its power. One such scientific intervention involved a group of scientists lead by Dr Subas Rai PHD Institute of Technology University hailing from Banaras, India. The research proved that Rudraksha indeed possesses phenomenonal power of electro-magnetic, paramagnetic and inductive properties. It further confirmed that the healing powers of Rudraksha beads flow from their electro-magnetic properties. However the mystic powers of Rudraksha varies according to their types. The research was backed up by the evidence that Rudraksha beads creates specific electric impulses that are sent to the brain through the process of reflex skin response stimulating certain brain centers that transfer information in the Neurophysiology, which in turn induces major positive impact on human body. When Rudraksha beads are placed over the heart, they stabilize the heart beat. Just like magnets, the beads also work on the principle of Dynamic Polarity. Blood circulation and heart beat automatically induce a magnetic field around the body and particularly the heart region. Depending on the polarity and intensity of this induced magnetic field, Rudraksha beads transmit subtle electrical and inductive impulses with opposing polarity and intensity. Accordingly, a proportionate balancing force is exerted on the heart to regulate it as soon as it starts beating above or below normal rates. This action helps to ensure ideal blood circulation in the body. In the long term, Rudraksha beads alleviate the effects of stress, depression, anxiety, mood swing, impotency, lack of concentration, mental instability and many other forms of diseases. Every nature of medical healing through the use of Rudrakshas is most deep-rooted. Rudrakshas also have anti-aging properties. Rudraksha beads are considered the best options to be adopted for alternative medicine methodologies like meditation, yoga, tai chi, biofeedback etc. This must have been the reason why sages and saints for thousand of years chose to wear Rudraksha for attaining spiritual attributes. The spiritual attainments of Rudraksha have greatly influenced Buddhism and other religions. Each type of Rudraksha possess immense properties that helps in aligning mind set toward positive energies and ultimately achieving sound health, happiness, spiritual fulfillment, prosperity, creativity, intuitive ability, material fulfillment, family harmony, attraction, complete mental empowerment, fearless life and countless other spiritual gains.

Significance of Rudraksha

Hindu scripture has singled out Rudraksha as a blessing from Lord Shiva himself to mankind for protection against all evils, misfortunes and miseries. Nepal’s association with Rudraksha dates back to the time of Vedic age. As scripted in Shiva Purana , Rudraksha trees are the favorites of Lord Shiva and they grow in Gouda Land which is now in the present era is situated in the area of the Gangetic Plain on the southern border area of Asia, to the foothills of the great Himalayas and the middle area of Nepal. This is the place where Shiva found his deep profound state of meditation and during his meditation he always used to be adorned with Rudraksha beads on his head, neck and hands. This made Rudraksha beads the holiest items with mystical powers. Hindus have immense faith on the effectiveness of Rudraksha and relate to it as a blessing from Lord Shiva himself to conquer all the worldly sufferings for spiritual, physical and mental well-beings.
Nepal yields huge amounts of Rudrakshas every year. Geographically, Nepal has spread from 60m above sea level to the highest point on the earth, Mt. Everest at 8848 m, all within a distance of 150 km with the climatic conditions ranging from sub - tropical to arctic region. Nepal occupies only 0.1% of the earth and is a home to 2%of all the flowering plants in the world, 8% of the world's population of the birds that is more than 848 species, 4% mammals on the earth, 11 % of the world's 15 families of butterflies and 319 species of exotic orchids.
Rich bio-diversity makes Nepal a unique country with her geographical and altitudinal variations. The elevation of the Picturesque landscape has established Nepal as the most appealing tourist destination. The country is a potpourri of ethnic groups and sub groups who speak over 70 languages and dialects. Nepal offers an astonishing diversity of sightseeing attractions and adventure opportunities. Numerous annual traditional festivals that are celebrated throughout the year have portrayed Nepal as a country rich in culture, custom and tradition. Area wise Nepal occupies 147,181 sq km situated between China in the north and India in the south. Kathmandu is the capital of Nepal with the total population around 22 million.
Ancient Vedic scriptures interpret “Rudraksha” as the tear drops of lord Shiva. In English, Rudrakshas are called ‘UTRASUM BEAD trees’ and its scientific name is Elaeocarpus ganitrus. It is a large evergreen broad-leaved tree which grows in the area from the Gangetic Plain to the foothills of the great Himalayas and the middle area of Nepal. Altitude-wise, its habitat starts from the sea-coast and goes up to 2,000 meters. Geographically, it is found growing naturally and abundantly in tropical and subtropical areas. Its trees are large, perennial and grow almost 50 ft to 200 ft in height. It has smooth light green skin. Rudraksha seed contains a rough surface with a hole running through it from top to bottom and this seed make up Rudraksha beads. Each seed also possesses vertical lines from 1 to 21 running down its surface, like the longitude lines on a globe. These lines are known as mukhis, or facets, and are natural formations of the seed. Seeds with one vertical line are known as one mukhi (one facet); those with two lines are two mukhi (two facets), and so on. The main trunk of Rudraksha tree is cylindrical and has circular section. Its bark is grayish white and rough in texture with small vertical lenticels and narrow horizontal furrows.
The branches of Rudraksha spread in all directions in such a way that while growing in natural habitat, the crown takes the shape of a umbrella. Its leaves look shining green externally and dull coriaceous internally. Its flowers bloom annually and are ovoid, conical and elongate, nearly 1 to 2 cm in diameter. These appear in April to May. The fruit is globose and drupaceous with a fleshy exterior. The beads are hard and tubercled from inside. Its fruit starts appearing in June and ripens by august to October. Rudraksha farming is a difficult process due to its slow sprouting from the beads which usually takes about 1 to 2 years depending on the humidity of soil. Rudraksha is basically grown in subtropical climatic region with temperature ranges from 25 to 30 degree centigrade. Once Rudraksha are planted it starts giving fruit after 7 years and thereafter for long time. In the single tree Rudraksha beads comes in all different faces at the same time but higher mukhis or faces are vary rare to find where most of Rudraksha beads are five faces Rudraksha beads come in seasonal pattern every year around mid august to mid October from the tree. The Himalayan Beads simply seem to be larger, heavier and more powerful due to the environment they grow in. Thus, environment and location plays a key role in Rudraksha plantation. Once its tree is grown it becomes easy to plant further trees. Rudraksha beads are covered by an outer shell of blue color on fully ripening, so they are also called as blueberry beads and can be used for the treatment of various diseases. We briefly mention below their types and their effects on people generally.

Note:- The below mentioned benefits are just general effects. We strongly advice that you consult a proper astrologer or an expert in this field before you buy a Rudraksha and not procure a bead on the basis of the information given here.

INCORRECT RUDRAKSHA BEADS HAVE KNOWN TO HAVE PROVED FATAL IN EXTREME CIRCUMSTANCES.

Never get influenced by what you read or what a novice tells you. Even normal Rudraksha vendors can only tell you generally what are the benefits of the Rudraksha. Only an expert can study your horoscope and tell you exactly what bead or combination of beads is good for you. Consult your family astrologer or other websites who sell Rudrakshas only after consulting your horoscope. It is not advisable to wear Rudrakshas without consulting an expert.

A few websites mentioned in our site offer such consultation. Those websites / vendors who are of the opinion that study of horoscope is not required, are surely not interested in wasting their time and their objective is to sell, immaterial of whether it is good, neutral or detrimental for you.

Recently our research wing has come across some sites who are selling Rudrakshas as beads which can remove malefic effects of planets and have assigned various beads to different planets. This is Gem Therapy and doesn't apply to Rudrakshas. There are gems for different planets but you can't treat Rudrakshas as gems. This just reflects the ignorance level among those who treat this as a trade and have not invested time in developing an understanding of what they are selling. Each Rudraksha is very individualistic and has to be carefully matched with one's horoscope for it to be beneficial. Your birth chart, present position of planets and case history has to be examined before recommendation.

Which Rudraksha is best for me?

Which Rudraksha is best for me

Which Rudraksha is best for me..?

There are 38 varieties
of Rudrakshas available. Each bead has a different
effect on you, depending on the number of mukhis it has. There are 38
varieties of Rudrakshas in total available in upto 21 mukhis or faces. Not
all are available. Some are more easy to get than others and hence the large
variation in their prices. Below we mention the different Rudrakshas, their
benefits and their estimated costs.

Rudrakshas with mukhis
are more powerful than the ones without. The plain Rudrakshas are very
often used in normal rosaries which are worn for general development.

The mukhi
Rudrakshas are worn for their specific benefits. These are much more powerful
and can help achieve wonders, if energised and empowered the right way.

Note:- The costs
mentioned are what a FIRST QUALITY bead should cost you, if procured from a
genuine source, who is not a wholesaler / supplier. It is best to purchase
from an astrologer / organisation who would devote time and patience in
empowering the bead for you on a personal basis.

There could be slight
variations in prices depending on the quality and strength of the bead. But a
genuine, fully energised Rudraksha cannot be sold or procured for lesser than
the minimum price mentioned here. Also the benefits mentioned below are benefits
from that mukhi bead in general. The Rudraksha can influence you / your life
in ways other than those mentioned here. So consult an expert before going
ahead. There is no such thing as a general / universal Rudraksha that can
cause no harm.

One
Mukhi...

The most sought after
Rudraksha.
